This website describes NZ Innovations LLC's services and provides a way to get in touch. It is not itself a software product, and using it does not create a client relationship. That only happens once we've agreed on a written scope of work for a specific engagement.

Any actual project (software, design, AI, IoT, or engineering work) is governed by its own written agreement (a statement of work, master services agreement, or similar), which takes precedence over these general terms for that engagement. The interactive “project estimator” and other demonstrations on this site are illustrative only and do not constitute a quote, estimate, or offer.

The content, design, and code of this website belong to NZ Innovations LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work product from an actual client engagement is defined in that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.

Don't use this site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to transmit malicious code, or to misuse the contact form (for example, automated spam). We may rate-limit or block traffic that does this.

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, NZ Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
